Bosun Recruitment Limited & Covenham Sailing Club are excited to announce that we will be hosting Bosuns Rowdy Raft Race on Saturday 30th September at Covenham Watersports Centre to raise money and awareness for North East Lincolnshire Mind.


As a Recruiter of staff for mainly temporary roles, we are acutely aware of the challenges faced by many people in our local community, especially in these difficult times and the impact this can have on peoples mental well being.


We are inviting ALL local businesses to enter a raft and a team. Rafts to be built and transported to the venue by the team


Teams to be between 4 and 6 people


Creativity and fancy dress is both encouraged and will be rewarded!!!


All safety equipment and on water safety cover will be provided and wetsuits will be available to hire from the sailing club for a nominal fee, however numbers are limited so if you already have your own please bring it along.


Food and drinks will be available on site all day


Prestigious Winners trophy to rival The Jules Rimet


The sailing club will also have other craft available on the water for anyone who fancies trying something new. You never know, you may discover your new passion


it promises to be a great day out for all the family!

As the crew captain, I release Bosun Recruitment and Covenham Sailing Club, their agents, officials and volunteers from any liability for any injury/loss caused through participation in this event. We compete entirely at our own risk. We agree that we should seek medical advice from our general practitioners if in any doubt as to physical ability to participate.
